Well, at least that’s what I thought before I began to look at vegan cooking and baking in a completely different way.

I realized I had to completely set aside traditional recipes and embark on a new journey of discovery.

My Vegan Baking And Cooking Was A Complete Disaster…

My name is Elaine Perry, and I was just like any other clueless vegan trying to bake a cake or a cookie without using milk, butter, and eggs. 

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in the kitchen.

Every recipe I tried just ended in a complete disaster. My cookies were rock hard, my cakes were dry and crumbly, and the brownies were just a sad and unappetizing mess.
